ABOUT ME

My journey in the fitness industry started in 2014 when I began working at a lacrosse gym in Las Vegas. It was there that I started to understand the human body and first helped others in their pursuit of fitness. By 2016, I started coaching friends and started personal training as a side job. During my sophomore year of college, my passion for fitness peaked when I decided to coach myself for a bodybuilding show. This was no easy task as it required countless hours of studying the human body and nutrition all while continuing my college education and participating in the Army ROTC program. In 2019, I commissioned as an Armor Officer in the US Army. It was there that I saw a lack of physical preparedness and volunteered myself to design and execute training programs for my unit. Since then, I have continuously stayed up to date with the latest science through peer-reviewed journals and new certifications while juggling clientele and my Army career.

My Philosophy

Preparing a lifter for a bench attempt in the Nevada State Championships, where he took first place (2021)
  1. I will explain it however you ask, whether it be layman’s terms or scientifically.

  2. I will ALWAYS make sure you understand why I programmed what I did.

  3. I will ALWAYS strive to educate you. It’s not an ideal business plan for me, but my goal is to provide you with the knowledge necessary to no longer need a trainer.

  4. I will NEVER pander to the masses or pick exercises because they’re “trendy." Everything I program has a place and reason.

  5. Ultimately, you’re here to progress and train. We will be friends and have fun, but you have to put the work in first. If you think I’m mean or pushy, then my philosophy is working and you are on your way to a more fit and healthier you.
